A stock base shaper can be returned within 30 days after it is delivered.

The refund is the price of the shaper. Shipping is excluded. International shipping paid on the order is not refunded, and you pay to mail the shaper back.

A custom measurement is final. A custom shaper is not returned.

The shaper is for the bag named on the order. Shipping to the United States is free.
