How do I stop my purse from sagging?

The sag in a soft purse is usually the bottom, not the handles. Weight in the bag folds the base. The fold becomes the crease, and the bag stops holding its shape. A base shaper liner cut for that bag keeps the bottom flat.

A Neverfull slumps because it is an open tote. A Speedy goes slack because the satchel base is soft. A Keepall folds at the base when you set it down full. A Goyard St. Louis slumps the way a soft coated-canvas tote does. A Le Pliage is made to fold. Use the shaper while you carry it, and take it out when you want the nylon bag folded flat.

Cardboard from a box works until it bends, and it shows when someone looks into the bag. A purse pillow is for the shelf, to hold the bag while it is stored. The base shaper is for the bottom, including while you carry the bag.

A purse organizer adds pockets. It is a different object, and this shop does not sell one. Order the named model. The handbag is not included.

How do I fix a sagging purse bottom?

Set a base shaper liner for that model in the bottom. The bottom stays flat, and the bag holds its shape. A shaper for a different bag will not match.

Will a purse pillow stop my bag from sagging when I carry it?

A pillow is for storage. The base shaper is the flat liner for the bottom while the bag is in use.

Is a sagging Neverfull the same problem as a sagging Speedy?

Both lose the base. They are different bags and need different cuts. The Neverfull stays a soft tote. The shaper does not turn it into a hard bag.
